His hands are backwards making him stick out more. That's putting his hands in the wrong place, he needs to learn how to shoot.
2) Pretty much all the pictures shows them using bad style in shooting/actual "style".

They're not shooting otb as shown in the picture above. You should shoot off the break in almost every format.

it doesnt matter. You learn to shoot with both hands if you want to play right. im right handed but mostly play with my left.
