dont use the finger weights for your guitar. if you actually get your fingers strong, you have a chance of losing flexibility in your fingers and not being able to walk the trigger as fast.

shooting fast isnt neccesarily about your finger/hand strength. you just need to know how to move your fingers in sync with each other. you gotta know how to time them correctly and youll be able to shoot fast. really how fast your finger moves is just natural, you have to train yourself to do it. theres not really an excerisice you can do...

qft.

practice getting down the rythm. i know alot of people who can only hold 10 constantly but can burst up to 17. the reason is they dont practice enough, and they aren't consistent. get a rythm going, first start off very very slow, and practice that until you can be perfectly constant, careful not to go slower or faster than your rythm that you are practicing on. once you can hold it at that speed perfectly and in time, go a little bit faster. pretty soon you'll be ripping like no other. i can hold a constant 15 now.

Ya, it really does improve your constant when you keep practicing. Started out at constant 12, now I'm at like 16.

We're telling you that strength doesn't mean speed. Strongest man in the world, think he's fast at all? No way. Sprinters in the Olympics, they have big powerful leg muscles so they can run fast as hell but only for a short period of time. Long distance runners have skinny legs so there's nothing slowing them down. You just need to get your fingers coordinated, get them going in sync, just keep practicing. There's nothing else you can really do for finger speed.

When you practice, on your trigger, try using your tips of your fingers going down into the trigger, or try usuing the middle of your fingers.

If you have a laptop use the right button and left button or and 2 keys in word and see if you messup like ghghghghghghg
or u can go to the closed compusa or a store that sells mouses and buy a 5 dollar one. if you are rich go buy a triger and just train where ever. most of all playyyyy
