lol......if you have your gun around you alot just practice on your trigger so you get the feel for it.......then ur fingers will get used to the motion and you will get faster.................mainly just practice...practice...practice.
i use my pencil..i lay it down with the point just above the desk and i walk it to see the crazy sounds i can make when i walk my pencil..haha. i havent tried a rubberband yet..that would be cool. my new marker is electronic so it will click when i just wanna practice so i'm pumped

I think he meant to improve the strength in your hand, or whatever.
The trick is to get more consistent with your fingers. Just always practice with anything. Pencil at school, gun while sitting at home, in the shower use your...well, you get the picture.
