Just under a year ago, when we all had our first guns, my friends and I started up a small team. Eveb though we had low end guns and didn't have much skill we still had people telling us that we were good. Now, almost a year later we have added two more people to our team, have played in tournaments and are about to enter into our local field's summer series.

Everyone has moved on from a Piranhas and Spyders and gravity feeds and now have real markers, expect my good friend. He still has his Spyder Imagine Select with Revvy and works hard to keep up with us on the field, but lately it has become extremely obvious that he is struggling.

We have been really close friends since I moved next door to him 12 years ago. About two years ago his dad had a stroke and since then has been unable to work. His mom works really hard to support their family, but times are tough. He worked last summer referring little league baseball games and will be getting a job this summer, but all of the money he makes either goes for necessities or college. He participates in three or four different sports a year hoping to get a scholarship once high school is over. He loves paintball and wants to do it all of the time, but between school, working and family obligations it's been hard for him. Plus his gun situation really doesn't help.

He told me a while back when he got his all red Sypder, that his dream gun is an all red Ton Ton Shocker. When he first told me this it hit me really hard because I knew it would be a huge struggle for him to get this gun. So finally I have decided that I am not going to let his talent go to waste. I am going to try to get him a his all red Shocker. There is no way I would be able to raise the money to get Alex his Ton Ton so just a red Vision Shocker would be my best bet.

When I was browsing PBN the other day I saw a video of a bunch of friends that bonded together to build their friend a Timmy from scratch. That video really touched me and gave me an idea on how I would get my friend his Shocker.

So PBF I turn to you.......... I need your help. If you have any Shocker parts to help build my friend this Shocker please let me know. I will be willing to buy them off you if I can afford it but if you are willing to donate it you would have no clue how much it would mean to me, my friend and my team. I will take anything you have (and I mean anything). If you have just some random gear laying around and you were going to trash it send it to me I will sell it and all the money I get for this will go straight to getting him his gun. We are planning a team trip to All American Paintball Park this Spring Break or Summer Break and if we could have it ready for him by then it would be amazing. We will be sure to take pictures of the final product and video of us giving it to him. Please help me out. I need all the help I can get and I will except anything!!

great story, i may have some gear laying around...lets see. i have a tank cover for a 68 inch and some spare pods layin around.

i would suggest looking for used shocker packages....it will be a lot cheaper than building one from nothing...u can pick up some 04's for around $400 used and they are in great condition...

ill look around...i have a few parts laying around, i may have a feedneck and i may have a stock reg...but idk, ill look

I was looking for used Shocker packages but I couldnt find much.

a guy on my team is trying to sell his all black ton ton shocker, gun rips....i could see what he is asking if there was a way you and your team could raise up some money or w/e, otherwise i'll keep my eyes open for a good deal or w/e

idea to raise money - make subs and sell them man, im not even kidding, go around selling subs, pick a day that you will deliver them, and do it. me and my friends did it and made mad cash all in about 8 hours.....the **** worked

I was looking into some packages but there all like $500-$600 and then I would have to get him a tank and possibly a hopper but Ill keep looking.

i think just buy one is cheaper than building one from scratch but this is a good idea

so if i had some shocker parts i would give them to u but i dont so GIVE THIS MAN SHOCKER PARTS

Look in the "new and improved pay it forward" thread(its a sticky in paintball chat). There is a bunch of good stuff there, someone is giving away impulse parts.

How interchangeable are Shocker and Impulse parts I didnt think they could go from one to another but ill check it out.

Oh ok yeah im not like a Shocker expert so I didnt know if like they had some parts that would be able to work on the Shocker.
