Ok so here's the deal. I'm going to the shop Monday to see if I can get a rebate or anything liek that on a new gun since I bought it from there and there is a warranty. So i may be able to get anywhere from like 20-75$ off a new gun. I'm proly gettin the Spyder Electra ACS with rocking trigger. It seems like a fast gun and with eyes I won't be break guns. And with like 75$ off that it should only be about 200$. Then I have enough for a Halo B 105$ so thats 305. And CO2 is optional so I may get some new jerseys or new pants or Fiber wrapped Nitro. Idk ill decide when I get there. Pants are important because I grew out of my old ones and my old jersey ripped.

i wouldnt get the electra only difference between it and all the spyders is pretty much the trigger. Id go wit sumtin like a ion, wrath, evo, or a rpm. The rpm is actually cheaper then 200 but it does have a front reg. You can always use the 75 dollars off gear there and buy the gun online. Goodluck and cool.

Well I'm sorta on a budget. And all the money I save can go for ups on the Spyder...and jerseys and pants...the stock barrel don't look too good. i'll proly get a freak jr. barrel system. or a evil. or a boomstick. or a j&j whatever they have at the shop is good. as long as its 12-14 inch and hsa a 68. bore its cool

well the rpm is 180 but it doesnt have a front reg. Theres also the b2k its a great gun. Id try to find a b2k wit pds for around 200 theres one on here now. It is much better then the elektra

personally i would try and find a used package. for that amount of money you can definatly get a nicer marker then a spyder

PMI EVOS go for about $150 ish now a days at some online stores, most definitely your best choice for your price range.

also the rocking trigger sucks it cannot hit 30 bps or whatever they say look for ions new as low as 225

ion if your willing to spend up to 200 on any spyder just save up for an ion much better than any spyder and great guns stock so youll have a while to up them its not like you have to immediately get ups on it

i'd get an ion but i like the spyder and I wouldn't be able to use it ebcausxe i wouldn't have enough for air.

odessy rpm, they are made to run on co2 and are still better than any imagine, you'd need a new foregrip, itdoesnt have one, but its not a bad marker at all, and you dont have to get a new feedneck or use that plastic elbow like on a spyder

im not sure about odessey guns i have heard of some bad reviews
i am going to change my vote to a wrath i believe it accepts co2

ions at the store are overpriced and id need air and a betetr hopper.

and the stock at our store is limited
right now they have 2 ions 2 spyder elctra a few spyder imagines a spyder fenix and some random green cocker-mech tho

do not buy the electra. It is overpriced and not worth it. Don't buy a barrel kit for your spyder, it would cost almost as much as the gun itself and when you move on to a better gun, you have a worthless kit.

What gun do you have now? I'd keep that and save up a little more. Buy yourself a halo and a HPA tank, then get a good gun. Later on, buy some pants and a jersey.

I also am wondering just HOW you are so certain you would get a rebate on the gun.

First, pants and jersies aren't worth the money when you don't have HPA, a fast hopper, or a good marker. Spyders are good for recball, but the next step up (Ion, Wrath, b2k, etc) is worth the wait. I waited and got an Ion. Had I bought right away (and got the Pilot ACS), I'd probably be pissed off. Rumor has it the Spyder eyes on the new electras aren't that great (granted, still better than the retarded ACS bolt). Electras are going for around $250. Ions are $285. That $35 is a world of difference.

Also, I have no idea how you are going to get this "rebate" you are talking about. The shop I go to can take a trade-in on markers, but I was in there yesterday when someone tried to turn in a Spyder. The owner said he wouldn't even insult the customer with telling him how little he could give him. I don't know what you shoot (or even if you are trading in you current marker), but I doubt you would get much.

Seriously, buy the hopper and HPA, then save up for something other than a blowback.

ya go with the ion instead cuz the rockin trigger can only go 13 bps and its really hard to walk cuz ur fingers are so wide appart
