One of my friends told me about one time when his barrel bumped up against an opponents barrel. I dont know whether to believe it or not. Has this ever happened to you?

its called bunkering....happens all the time in speedball unless the ref on the field doesn't allow it

It COULD happen... but... it'd be hard. Not impossible but improbable.

Even if you are bunkered up and under cover, and your opponent comes charging around - you'd have to be on your way to a side popshot or sprint to another bunker. He'd have to be rounding the bunker just as you were springing out and you would BOTH have to be posturing your gun at the right angles...

it just seems so improbable.
But... 6,000,000 people play speedball. Sooo...


It could happen. I had someone spring around my bunker on the last night game I played. He put a shot into my left hand/wrist hinge from about 2 feet away (OUCH!), and I put two into his abdomen (DOUBLE OUCH!) but there was nothing even close to a barrel tap.

yeup i've seen it alot...i remember watchign a couple games where one guy from each team would both be in the center 50 and no one would bunker each other because they just didn't know the other was there...thats where communication comes in

at the indoor arena i go to their is a stair case and beside that staircase is a wall with little peep holes. well i heard foot steps so i poked my gun threw the hole just enough so he couldnt see i was there. turns out he tried the same thing.

Haha I remember one of my first times playing. I was behind a mini dorito and I think I was the only one left. I see my friend Andrew on the other side looking around for me. So I run up to his bunker to get closer so I can at least try to bunker him. I get to his bunker and he wasn't there. I look behind me and hes like right behind me and shoots me in the back like 4 times. He was like a foot away and I didn't even see him.

Well, it really depends. If your playing a form of speedball mabey, but if your playing woods probably not. Paintball is a sport that it is very easy to get away with when lying, thus making some people annoying.

It's never happened to me.

P.S. The best tip I can give you is tell real stories, not fake ones, it's easy to tell when people are telling fake stories after you've been playing a while.
