Well, I run water through my barrel all the time, but I wouldn't suggest running into the body of the gun.
Try to find a diagram of your gun online. You really need to know how to disassmble it. Take it apart slowly, maybe take a piece off, then put it back and go a little further each time till you feel comfortable.

If you do use water to clean a part of your gun, make sure that it is dry before putting back together.

for future reference do what p8ntballweird said, this is the easiest and most efficiant way to clean inside there. if you dont have a squeegee i suggest you geta fluff and a staright one, good tools to have. you can also clean up your bolt, regrease, and throw it all back together.

I agree with the rest of you guys. I swear my friend had to like leave his spyder in the tub or something. We took it apart one time cause it wasn't working and everthing on the inside was rusted, like friggin everything, lol.

Yeah make sure you clean it good and thorough, and relube it also so next time you go play you dont have to worry about it.

this is why i suggest you NEVER use water. if anything, dampen a cloth and use that. plus you can mess up your board.

this is a gun tech question, as far as im concerned, and it should have been placed in the forum appropiate to the gun you are asking about. this is your 3rd violation and i will continue to delete your threads if they are not posted in the correct forum. i highly suggest that you start learning where to put things.
