Yeah that is a good gun for tournaments. You can get one for like 700-800. That is a big jump from a spyer but is a good move to do.

Great upgrade from the gun you have now. It is a great gun. By the way you are going to need nitrogen and a fast hopper to get that thing going. Also do you know how to maintain them? If not you aren't going to have a fun time with it.

Dms don't have a lot of problems with them, and they are not worse than the ego either. Both guns are great, and I would recommend either of them.

It is true that Dm's take a little more maintenance than the ego, but it still isn't that hard to take care of.

To the thread starter: If you can afford a DM5, and have HPA and a good hopper, AND you think you can take care of it, then go for it.

yea like stated before, make sure uve got enough money for an HPA tank and a good hopper (i.e. halo). otherwise that fast of a gun will be useless. an ull completely destroy the noid if u run co2 thru it.

The DM5 is a huge upgrade from a Spyder Xtra, but if you are confident that you are ready, then go for it.

Well alot of people have been complaining about their dms at my field; balls keep rolling out of their barrel and their eyes will mess up alot and will not fire over 5 bps though the dm5 is still a good gun and is ver quiet. I would use an ego over it any day though I like the feel of them
