Good cheap barrel.

Just purchased a Custom Pro ACT for woods/brush style play. My style of play does not require me to send hordes of paintballs at my enemys (although many people do it) but what I do need is dead on precision and accuracy. My job as a back is to sneak and travel far into enemy territory and strike inportant targets and pick off as many as I can while staying concealed. Almost like a sniper but different cause this works and sniping dosnt. What I need to be able to do is send a good quick 3 or 4 shots to there target and get the biggest threats out of the game before they cause to much damage to the team. My poisition sort of lets me send them a "surprise"

Getting to the point, I need a good cheaper barrel (due to that it wont last to long) that can allow me to get my kills due to if I miss, that would give me away and Im co-op by myself so it would be hard to survive back by myself behind enemy lines. A good price range would be $40 or less. I would also like it to be shorter, a small profile would be a great help. Thanks ahead of time.

P.S. I'm new to the forum so welcome me

Hhhmmm, I've heard of them. What sizes do they come in? I think that I'm leaning towards a 10". Good? Bad?

10 is good. so is 12 and 14.

J&J are nice cuz if you get a barrel break it shoots out in about 6-10 shots. lets you play on w/o having to swab your barrel

You guys all seem to like J&Js, looks like I should look into them. And Barber, any reasons for no getting a 10? And with the ball breaking that shouldn't be a problem, I'm getting the ACT system and since I rarely ever do heavy fireing shouldn't be to big of a problem. But still thats alot better than having to swab out your barrel.

FYI. Im not new to the sport just new to owning a gun (probally sounds pretty stupit haha) So Im just not very up-to-date with all the aftermarket products out there. Thanks for the quick replys so far.

Yeah, defiantely go with the J&J Ceramic Barrel. It's most definately the best bang you'll get for the buck. I would say 14 inches would be a good length for you. Personally, I think that they look better then a 10 inch. Also, it's a weeee bit more accurate.
