just imagine trying to bunker somebody.........actually i don't see how that barrel could even withstand being on the gun without breaking, cause it would bow soo much.

Well, if the average paintball flies at about 300 feet per seconds and the barrel is about 4 and a half feet we can easily figure out just how many balls will be in per second.
Let say the barrel is on an ion which shoots 17 balls per second when maxed.
Thats a velocity of 300 feet per ball for every ball shot in one second.
Which means. Still only 1 ball in the barrel due to such a high speed?
Am I right?

I think so. There should be about 17 feet between each ball or something like that. |

But its Angel threaded, and they shoot full auto at speeds too fast to measure.
Just kidding.
I had seen a 4 foot barrel on a display rack once, but it was brass and its sole purpose in life was to show that you could get any size you wanted made.

I dont even know if you could shoot at 300 FPS. There is so much drag that it would take a whole tanks worth of air just to get it out...(OK, I might have exaggerated a little)
