Christ Krew is holding is 2006 Giant Paintball Raffle. The proceeds from this raffle will go to cover the Christ Krew operating expenses for 2007. We are planning on having booths and providing church services at 7 tournaments and 3 scenario games in 2007. We have also been asked to do some motivational speaking at various locations nation wide. This raffle is intended to provide the bulk of the operating expenses, airfare, and materials needs to achieve our ministry goals in 2007. Many companies in the paintball industry have generously donated prizes with a value totaling over $6000.00. Please check out the raffle at http://www.christ-krew.com

Our sponsors have gone out of their way to donate some of the most amazing prizes ever compiled into one raffle. and by the way, this thread probably wont' be very accepted because it's advertising and even though you're a long time PBN user, you're new here.

Well the forum topic is "Talk about anything that is paintball but doesn't fall into any of the other forums" this dident fit anywhere else. I am not trying to spam, just let people know about a great raffle. After all we are Non-Proffit and just trying to raise funds for '07

i saw your booth at the psp on saturday in orlando... but it was empty - me and my friends were joking that if you had a team that was playing you'd so win 'cause you'd 'cheat' with god on your side!

he just wouldn't let you get hit! not fair! j/p! lol... i'll look into this a little more, sounds great!

I'm not christian, but I wouldn't mind helping out other ballers get out there and talk to kids who are and give them some encouragement and good words.

Our tenative schedual for 07 is 7 major tournaments and 3 major scenario games including World Cup 07 and Oklahoma D Day. The expenses for a Ministry like this are big. If you consider that the average plane ticket purchased 4 months in advance is about 350.00 each, and if we only flew one person to each event that is 3500.00 in airfair alone.

We have production costs for our headbands and t-shirts that in the future will pay for themselves but, you have to have money to get them made in the first place. We are also working on some positive videos for paintballers that will highlight some great pro christian paintballers and a couple videos to teach churches how to use paintball as an outreach ministry. There are a lot of other things involved as I am sure you can imagine. Ministry in this form is an expensive thing.

I am just realy thankfull that so many well known companys stepped up to the plate to donate the amazing prizes. After all when was the last time you had a chance at $6000 worth of paintball gear for 5 bucks?

Kenny if you can't afford 5 bucks I totaly understand. The best thing you can do is spread the word. If you guys have myspace and can post a bullitin that would be a big support! just copy and paste the message below into a myspace bullitin. Just some more creative ways you can help.

You can use a title like "I just saw an $850 paintball gun for $5 this is CRAZY!"
Or "Which paintball pro's autograph do you want?" Then add someting like "35 pros signed a mini bunker and you can win it for 5.00 check ith out" to the text
