If you take out the entire bolt setup, you will find the hammer (the silver piece with a hole and a notch on top.) On that piece, there is a flat part on top. The notch on it catches the trigger when you pull the knob back, and when you pull the trigger, it releases the notch, or as in the other post, the sear. The notch is probably so worn down that the sear just slips right. To fix this, you are going to need a new part. (you can get them for like $10)
P.S. Oil your gun, that will probably help too!

Both the spyder and the tippmann are doing it?
And if you cock it by hand each shot, it works?
...Do you have a full CO2 or air tank?

If both aren't working, I'd say make sure your tank is full.
A good cleaning and oiling couldn't hurt, either

it's cold outside and co2 doesn't expand nearly as well when it's cold outside.
so therefore, turn up your velocity

He said it's all the way up, though, so he probably needs to turn it down SOME because of the reasons stated above.

I'm telling you, the sear is probably worn out. This happened to my Piranha, and I just oiled it up, and got a new hammer, and now it works like a charm.

There is no such thing as "sear o-rings". The sear is a mechanical part of the trigger group and doesn't need to seal on anything.

Wait, failing to maintain your equipment causes your equipment to fail? Wow I never knew that.
