if this is in the wrong section please move it to the correct one please

so i ordered a gun from them and they told me it takes a day to pack it up and send it out
i ordered on friday and i havent heard a word from them yet.

i wrote a e-mail to them yesterday asking where it was. and i havent gotten them an e-mail from them about it yet

im starting to worry about gettin my gun cause i spent 380$ on it and i have a NEPL Combine to go to next friday and im hoping to get my gun by then.

i figured if i didnt get a message from them tomorrow im going to call them and then after that i dont know what i am going to do

so i was wondering if i bought from a company that is just there to rip people off or if their just slow in the process?

and has anyone ordered from them lately and if you have how long did it take you to get your package?

They will pack it on monday (dont work weekends) and than after taht it might take a while, im not sure if your gonna get it in time.

I order from them all the time, you may want to call them, after your order it I always get a shipping confirmation email saying that my package has been sent. So I would call them ASAP.

Also, what gun did you order?

you probably won't get it by friday. shoulda checked to see if they offer faster shipping for mroe $. but yeah the site is legit, i've ordered maybe about 220 worth of stuff, got it when they said i would. they'll give you a tracking # when it ships.

Wow, That's really weird. I only order from them and I get my package in 5 days using the free shipping. And I live in Washington State.

Being one that works for a company the ships a lot of stuff. If you place an order on Friday it will not ship until Monday, taking that the company you work for is small and doesn't have its own trucks to bring items into the post office or UPS. I would have waited until Wednesday or Friday to call, if no response then cancel.

xpaintball is like thirty minutes from my house, I've purchased a couple halos from them and they're deffinately legit. you should have known that no one ships on friday, and had some patience.

kinda odd that you dont know that 99% of online/all businesses dont ship anything on friday, saturday, or sunday. That would be because UPS and fedex are closed..... Learn patience my young grasshopper

i did have paitence considering i waited until yesterday to send them a message, and then i called them and they said that they didnt have any in stock and i need a gun for something coming up next friday.

and alpha do they sell fusions at BP? cause if they dont i need to order it online

ooooo, you waited 2 or 3 shipping days, try waiting 5 months for a gun, thats right, i have an ION from when they first came out.

If you wanted the product so soon, you should have called in your order and have it shipped next day air.

when i ordered i waited until weds asked them if it has shipped yet because i may have deleted the e-mail by accident, waited 2 days for a response which i didnt get until 3 days after i sent it saying that they just requested one from the maufacturer

im sure they sell better guns i just dont have the money for them
im actually gonna be a BP on friday at their somerville place for the NEPL Combine
