do alot of squats, and practice aiming before you expose yourself, such as, know where your apponent is, and aim at that spot but aim like your sticking out of the bunker before you do, if that makes any sence

well a big tip to playing tight and balanced is placing your feet right. If you are shooting out the right side your right foot should be farthest forward, this applies to aztecs, dorritos, standups and all other types of bunkers. You should also make sure that when you shoot your elbows are not poking out.
Snap shooting is mostly your upper body leaning out quick. You should take a quick look and then come out the 2nd time shooting. Biggest thing to learn is how to come out and accurately shoot at something you can't see.

Learn to snap shoot right and left handed. I'm very ambidextrous when i shoot(dad was a lefty, im right handed, I can shoot a real rifle either side as well...), and i cannot tell you how many times I've gotten a good shot off because I can play tight out both sides at will.
Just a good skill in general to learn.

When it comes to form behind bunkers, make sure you are able to "power stance". This is having your feet apart, standing, and being able to snap left and right handed behind a bunker without moving your feet.
When you power stance, you have great balance, and as long as you know somewhat, what your doing, you are able to snap out fast get some shots and come back in. Make sure you don't form forsay a 90* angle with your hand on the reg. Meaning, if you are shooting right handed don't have your left hand on the reg going straight out.
