I don't know what gun
Alright so I started paintball back in 2001.I'm a sophmore now and I have no idea what gun to get. I have played at least once a month since 2001 and in the last year I have played every weekend. I have gotten really good and I'm going to start tourny ball There are so many high end markers on the market and I can't decide which one to get. Money isn't an issue since I have worked alot. I currently have a tricked out cocker pump that I practice with.
So pbf, what gun?
thank you in advanced
p.s. I play front player

i think a PMR is the way to go...you get a UL trigger fram for it and longer barrel and you basicly got the PM7, but 200$ cheaper. Besides money aint an issue right?

Money is not an issue so you suggest a PMR, lol.
Dream setup: EGO7 R/Fd, Deadly wind barrel, Pulse, Carleton mini tank. Orgasmic, and can be yours for about $1600ish.
Budget marker? ULd PM6, Pulse (no r/f), Centerflag tank. If bought used about $1050ish
Cheap? ULd PMR, Vlocity, centerflag tank
Dirt cheap? Stingray, nuff siad.
Thats what im getting this year, unlees money runs short, then replace the EGO7 with a PM6 and the tank w/ a centerflag stubby.

eeeek, with the money you can pick up alot better gun. Proto, DYE, Planet Eclpise, Macdev, Bob Long, any of those make a better gun. What attractes you to the shocker? They are not as good as tehy used to be. Bad aluminum, bad efficiancy, not the lightest (anymore), alot of people have problems, older design, etc.

borgs are nice. shockers are nice too. they're all nice lol. i've practiced with an ironman dmc, etek, alias, pm6 (non ul) and an nxt shocker. they're all great performing guns. i can't say i really had a favorite (although the shocker and the dmc were pretty nice). i just recently bought a ripper 2 and could not be happier. i would personally suggest a timmy since they are very simple to maintain. they are crazy fast, they don't need a crap load of ups to make them run great. they're a dime a dozen used now. BLAST customer support is some of the best out there. they won't let you down. if they do have problems, theyre usually easy to fix. i would say for the same price as a pmr, get a timmy. soooooo much better imo. but remember, its all about what YOU are looking for. so go out there and try some stuff out.
btw, i highly suggest you read this first:

PS: I'd also suggest picking up the latest FaceFull "Special Gear" 2007 that just came out, it covers more guns and with much more depth than my thread, as well as nearly any other form of gear you're looking into.
