anything that ssys you r too young, u cant shoot at _____, you cant own this gun, etc. stuff like that is what i would like to know

i didnt see anything i was looking for but thats ok. I just asked because where i live there are very strict laws about paintball. Here it isnt looked upon too well. I think that what little rules/laws i know are all there are in the states. Thanks for helping tho

OH! you dont mean Rules you mean LAWS like in the UK thyre trying to make it illegal to own even air powered guns (i.e. Paintball guns)

ya like here you cant own a gun if you are under 18 and cant play if under 18 and if it dosnt pass a strict inspection it could be considered a firearm and that paintballs cannot leave the designated area, and the gun must be kept in a room only for stowing the gun

i can get away with the not playing under 18 thing tho

i dont think that it is enforced as much now

i just wanted to know so that when i move i wont get arrested for not doing something right

Your best bet is to go to your local police station and ask. In each state the laws regarding paintball are different, as it is in many other countries as well. For example, in Austrailia, paintball is very highly regulated, whereas in the USA, it is not so much. The police will be able to tell you exactly what your state or even municipal codes are for paintball.

All i know is in wisconsin its not a good idea to go driving around or walk into places with it out of the case. The local field here just about kicks you out if your gun isnt in a case when you walk in. usually its just a warning, but they boot smartasses
