Strategies you actually use
i have heard a lot of strategies for many different types of paintball games but which ones do you use? is it a special sliding style? Or even a tip on bunker aproaches.
Post things that you do in paintball.

Um, that wasnt spam buddy. Im telling you my strategy is to get better than my opponents and out prepare them. If you want what i do during a game:
Shoot people
I too get towards teh 50, shoot my angles across the field, then a run through.

I like playing the sides.slowly work your way up, getting angles on people. Angles are the name of the game. you get angles, you win. you don't' get angles, you loose.
the middle isn't much fun for me. something about getting shot at from all directions..i dunno

it takes experience to figure that out. you'll not be great the first few times you play. it's a learning curve sort of thing;some things just can't be taught

-talk to your teammates, communication is a huge part of the game
-don't get focus on one part of the field. be sure you know as much as possible about it at all times.
-try to get in positions where you can see opponents but they can't see you(or at least they can't shoot at you)
-have fun, don't' take it too serious when you get out. after all, it's your first time.

I usually try to get a spot in the corner then wait for my "pray" to come to me then later charge up to a left fifty or right fifty.

I've been playing for a few months now and the strategy I use is incredibe speed. I play speedball in closed buildings most of the time. And you want to be very fast and knowledgable of your surroundings.
I learned that you cannot fear getting shot, you have to run and OUTrun the paintballs.
It works and now I add slides, i crawl, jump over bunkers, whatever it takes to FLANK.
Once you flank, and get a crossfire, you win.

Communication is one key to a good strategy. However, also knowing where your team is also help. The team members should know and practice what bunkers they will take right away. Once there, they need to communicate with each other. I prefer simple words that are coded to mean something else. For example: If I call "snake", I am saying the snake needs to be occupied. If I call "Snaker", that means someone has taken the snake.
To help with communication, I use a radio and headset. Not everyone can afford one though. So learning how your team mates sound through their masks is key as well.
For physical stuff: I have always preferred to time our shots and do a jack-in-the-box type move. If we can tag out one or more of the other team, and keep our guys, we can try this trick. I use a stock, so really, there is not a steady stream of paint going down the field. We have to be really skilled and make every shot count. SO while one guy goes up and takes a shot, I am ready. As he is ducking down, I am rising up and taking my shot. The idea is to catch the opponent in the middle of his/her shot.
