well ive been playin for over a year and im stuck in this FUNK! i have 2 other friends who like to play but they dont have the money to play at real fields cause their parents make them pay and i dont know wut a drill is if u know wut i mean and i dont know how to change from a fun thing to do once a month to a team and practices and just the tournament paintball

go to your local speedball field, practice a lot, talk to other players, see if they're interested in forming a team/looking for a player.

Get really good on your own, but don't get a big head. Even if you kill people think about how you could have killed more. That's my motivation to get serious. Also, don't bother forming a team. Just play with teams and get good, really good. Then get on an established team, it's so much easier than being on a team people tried putting together. This will make your paintball career so much better, and looking back I'm so glad I did these things.

go to the field by yourself when teams are scrimming/the tournament players are just doing pickup games. Start playing make a few guys. I bet you'll hear a few *****ing about not having enough guys to play. It'll also build your skills up.
