I Need some Help

i just bought a tippmann 98 custom.


every time i remove the cyliender the co2 comes out


how do i remove the cylinder from the gun without losing the co2

Its gonna happen whether you have a on/off, remote or whatever. The amount you are losing really isn't that much.

The CO2 coming out is prolly coming from the marker, not the tank. Just unscrew the tank a bit, and dry fire your marker until it uncock itself. This will empty the marker of CO2 and then you can totally unscrew the tank.

If the marker is not uncocking, that's because you did not unscrew the tank enough.

They are both right. The excess CO2 usually comes from what is left in the hose, not from what is left in the tank. An on/off adapter will only prevent you from losing ANY from the tank during removal or inserting.
