probs with ultra light barrel

(fixed, but not deleteing incase anyone else has the problem. solution, try new paint )

did anyone have a problem with an ultra light that it would just curve like none other? if so did it fix its self? how did you fix it? and is this normal in a new barrel?

(I was using premiums if that means anything)

Thanks, mark

sounds like you got your hands on bad paint. next time make sure they're all round and not squishy.

look at them first. inspect them for breaks in the bag. then check them for dimples and roundness. Take whichever one is better.

also, run a squeegee through your barrel after each game. The shell rubs off and creates a buildup inside that will eventually cause them to curve.

wait, I tryed them through my teardrop also and they did pretty good, does that mean anything? also when I say curve I mean like spirals almost shot for shot.

it could be a paint/bore problem. but UL barrels are generally the best barrel out there.

Dont' buy into the bore size thing. I still say you had bad paint or broke a ball without knowing it.

I've shot an ul and broke a ball, 2 shots later I was shooting right as rain. and bore size has some to do with accuracy. a mix of bad boring and crappy paint can cause wicked curves.
