(i have a friend who would sell me his for cheap *a good friend of mine that don't care much lol*) i noticed their not cheap so i guess its a good gun
also talked to some people and they said an ion might not be bad, but i slapped it off i don't like ion for some reason

The e-99 fine. Just a bit longer since the beaver tail and bold stick out the back a bit.

The ion is over complicated for this application. Probably would be a more compact installation, but it's going to require more expensive gear, be more prone to jamming, and will need to be serviced regularly by taking it out and apart. The spyder you can dribble some oil in an airline. The ion would make a more sleek installation but would be a bit to complex for what you want.

The 20 oz (since it's used) shouldn't be any more than $20 MAX!!! You can get some new for $20.
The gun, maybe... under $100. Shouldn't be any more than that.

I'll elaborate. I see you still have a confused look on your face..
the anti-siphon tube is inside the tank and is what the contents of the tank are drawn from. The tube points up , drawing in co2 gas rather than co2 liquid. If liquid gets in your marker, velotity can spike long with possible o-rings blowing out. If enough of it gets in, your entire marker can freeze up.

it's not just something you can remove It won't hinder anything though and you'll still benefit from it. Just know that you can't mount the tank anything but horizontal with the tube pointed up; if you do it'll start sucking up pure liquid co2(there should be a line or some sort of marking that lets you know what side of the tank the tube is pointed towards)

It could be removed by a paintball shop(it can at home as well, but I don't advocate trying it by yourself the first couple of times...)

well i got the e99 from my friend today, hopper, gun, 500 balls, charger...... for 80 bucks
i took the e-grip off and put the gun aside, and i hooked the board up to my relay board i have for my computer, and i was able to fire the gun and turn it on and off via the internet. so i need to derive a gymble type thing to move it left right up down next

what do you mean by rof?
and when you say it still chopped a lot do you mean how smoothly it moved up down left right? this will take play on what type of controlling system and motors i go with, if i go with the full relays only then it wont move to smooth, unless i get a servo or a stepper motor then it should move nicely.
