Just use a towel and wipe it off. A damp cloth will work also. If it is electronic just make sure you do not get any of the electronics wet.

I use a piece of cloth, as well as a toohtbrush (and no not the one that I use to brush my teeh every morning and night). I take EVERYTHING apart on the marker so that I can get into the small spaces and get ALL of the paint, dirt, grease, etc. off of the marker.

I happen to take offense to that. I take pride in my gear, and that's the main reason that I rarely ever have problems while everybody else does. It doesn't make me a Klepto or anything like that; it makes me aware of the fact that my gear has costed me over $1000, and that I want to keep it in the best possible condition.

I actually just cleaned my gun really good today with an old toothbrush and rag. I stripped it completely down and got everything except for a little bit of stuff I can't get out of my barrel.

apparently you havent been through marine corps boot camp or any boot camp for that matter bc if you did you would think that was normal you clean your rifle for about four hours a day but you have to if its not clean it could mean yours or someone elses life anyway my point is there isnt anything wrong with being meticulous about how clean you marker is.

*Step 1: get hose
*Step 2: turn hose on
*Step 3: spray marker
*Step 4: hang marker to dry
*Only do step if marker is a non e-grip tippmann.
It's not that hard

I generally jsut take my hand and rub the paint off after play, then when I get home I take the gun COMPLETELY apart(including detents etc) and give it a good scrub a dub. Lube it, then dry fire it a couple times.
