PMR eye question
hey so i finally got my air tank and got it filled, i shot a couple hoppers of paint and had two breaks. How are the stock eyes on the PMR, do they need upgrading? i was using kinda crappy paint so they could have been the problem, do you think it was the paint or the eyes?

It's the crappy paint, combined with your hopper, combined with the fact the eyes may be dirty.
First thing I'd do is strip the eyes out and clean them with some alcohol and q tips.
Also make sure they're functioning right and are ON before you start shooting.

sweet thanks, i didnt realize it at the time but my marker was in psp mode at 30bps, oops, and with that hopper you can expect that, but my halo is on its way

The stock eyes are fine, it could have been the paint, faulty detents(though I doubt it, the stock ones are pretty nice), bad paint/bore match.

I've never chopped a ball yet with my PMR, and I've had dirty eyes before!
It was the bad paint, hopper speed, and possibly the weather conditions. At least, that's my best guess.

drop your rof down to 26 because the pmr cant fully cycle at 30 and it was probly the paint. was there busted paint in the chamber or in the barrel?

Both, im thinkin it was the paint, my mom just brought two bags home the other day, i found out after i shot all of it that it was on sale at wally-world so you know its gotta be good

Guys, let me explain something about eyes. They do this cool thing,....they keep the marker from firing faster than the loader can feed.
Now let me go into gravity hoppers for a minute.....see they only feed a MAX of 12bps.....
Now let's put two and two together and stop talking about idiotic numbers that don't happen...
