I'm talking about the 13.3 bps ramping rule. My team is looking at playing a tourny that'll use these rules and I'm not totally sure if our markers will be alright.

I can cap my ramping at 13 bps, so will this work. I'm pretty sure it will but I'm not positive.

Also we have a marker that can't cap ramping that low so will he have to use semi-auto or will his gun not be allowed at all?
