This weekend I'm playing some woodball and I just wanted your opinon on if I should or shouldn't use my ego 08 I want to cause I like it so much but I dont want to screw it up so any opinons on if its a good idea or not let me know.

I have to question your motives of buying it if you're scared of playing with it. If it's your first marker you made a big mistake in buying it. Go ahead and keep it, buy buy a $100 spyder and use that for at least a few months, learn how to take care of it ,etc etc before using that ego. there's too many things you can do to break it if you don't know any better.

no this is like my 8th gun i also have a tippmann a-5 with sniper package and i just wanted to know if it's smart to use the ego in woodball or just keep for speedball games and its more or less regular woodsball cause to tell you the truth i never heard of milsim

if you feel more comfortable with the ego use it. it just depends on what you areusing it for?? do you have a spicific profetion or title in woods ball or are you playing regular kill for kill woodsball

ok yea then I'm just straight regular woodsball I just thought using the ego would be fun since i get owned using the a - 5 and everyone i'm playing with is using an ion so a ego should teach them a lesson and people tell me different things with a 68/4500 tank how many shots should I get cause I'm at like 3200 psi left and shot 453 shots?

well regular woodsball is almost like speedball so ide go with your ego. to tell you the truth youlwill ripp the hell out of people in reg. woodsball with an ego..sounds awsome

it depends on your gun well, still about 1000 shots

thats what i thought it should get and i didnt change any of the LP settings on the gun just played with semi and ramping modes which in ramping i get 25bps and in semi 14bps

i played a game with a speedball team the other week and it was hard......wiked hard
those guns are so good but we still beat them.
our teams record is 47/1

I personally never use my speedball marker in the woods. i do this for a couple reasons but the main one is that I have the worse luck when it comes to paintball markers, so I never bring out my Quest in the woods.

That and it saves money to play with a slower marker. Hence why I play with my pump in the woods.

not bad I was thinking just so not to get dirt and **** like that in the ego i was thinking about getting a ion to use I would rather screw up a ion then my ego cause in a couple of weeks i prolly playin speedball but I dont know yet i gotta make up my mind. But I am not using a freakin pump thats for sure I would rather use the tippmann then a pump but just for fun I will just save my money and use the ego and just be careful not to dive into the dirt

You do realize i pwn ego's with my pump. It's about the player not the marker.

yea i have a halo b loader, and the rest of the gun is stock i did turn the velocity up by less then a 1/4 of a inch so maybe I'll turn it back down and see if i get less air usage
