finda group of peopel in your area who you play with quite a bit and go for it. there's not much else to it really.

If your friendly and play walk-ons it should be easy to find people to join a team. Do you have any friends that play?

i have a lot of friends that play but some of them dont have enough money. i keep telling them to just earn enough money to play a few weekends and atleast one tournament so that we can gain atleast one sponsorship.

then you'll just have to wait it out. maybe if your'e lucky you'll get somebody to ask you. Or try asking people if they know of any tourneyments locally and see if they're in need of players.
edit: sponsorships are not the reason you should be playing. you should be playing for the fun of it. Most sponsorships you get will be good for gear only at discounted priced and only if you buy a semi-expsnve starting pack for promotional reasons. they will not pay field entry or for your paint.

Find a good "local" field, and stomp at it. Sooner or later someone will ask you to join up with them. Just make sure you are ready for the commitment and hold to your word. Teams talk.

If money is the issue for you and friends wanting to start a team than talk to your local field about trading some good old hard work for free entry or discounted paint. Anything to lower your cost is the way to go.

If the owner going out to play make sure you get into that game. Don't be cocky but show him that you can get the job done. Try seeing if the owner would hire you as a part time ref.

If you work for free, I'm sure that they will let you play for a little while on their field!!

not when they're giving you discounts on nice things and paying fees. when that happens you do as they say.

If you are entering the tourny seen it is best to at least have matching Jerseys.
