please help.

i have a spyder vs1 and a friend of mine is selling me a 21" barrel. is this barrel too long for this gun or will it be ok? on both firing modes; semi&3-burst?

ok, what will happen if i do use the 21? im a noob to the max and a friend was telling me the bigger the barrel the better the accuracy but when my friend said 21" i thought that sounded HUGE!

anything above 16" is too long, resulting in a velocity drop, which means you'll have to raise up your marker velocity to get 280 fps, and you'll give more stress on balls inside, and you'll use more air, and finally get less shots.

the longer the barrel, the more chances a ball has to break in it

so is 14 better than 16 or 16 better than 14? im playing with a couple friends who have some pretty good guns but they are fat and slow so im hoping to work some speed and movement on them but i need accuracy to do this, what would be the ideal barrel for me?

Honestly you will prolly see next to no difference between the two. If I were you I would just get a good quality 14 or 12 inch barrel and stick with it. Barrel length comes down to personal preference, thats it.
