Hey, first off welcome to paintball and PBF glad to have you aboard. Now on to the gritty stuff, I am Canadian as well and made the mistake of buying off of action village. If you live in the US it is a great place to purchase stuff but don't do it if you live outside the US because you will get hosed on shipping and duties. Add about $60 dollars on top of that and that will be about the price you will pay for your setup.
Proto SLG - Great gun no worries there
Tank - As long as it works you are good
Loader - Great loader
Mask - You NEED to get a better mask. Before you even buy your gun you should get your mask because it is the MOST important piece of equipment in paintball. I use a Vforce Profiler but there are many other good ones out there as well.
As for Canadian sites to buy Paintball gear I would recommend CanadianPaintball.com Canada Paintball Gear . They are a great site with good prices and free shipping in canada for purchases over $150 bucks.

Just remember that the package off of canadianpaintball.com includes the HaloB hopper which is probably $60 bucks more than the revvy and is pretty much the industry standard for speedball loaders. It is fast and very reliable. It also has 500 paintballs which is probably 20 bucks roughly. Its up to you where you buy from..

Well that is one of the tough things about paintball especially for somebody your age who can't get a job (legally) yet, is that it's a pretty expensive hobby. Besides if I were you I wouldn't go out right away and buy a gun (speaking from experience here). This is the order in which you should buy paintball gear the way I see it:
1. Mask ($50)
2. Pod Pack ($20)
from here its different for every person so I will break it down into woodsball/recball and speedball
Woodsball:
3. Marker (Tippmann, BT, SP1 etc...)
4. Hopper
5. Barrel..and then you would stop here
Speedball:
3. HPA tank ($50 - $200+)
4. Hopper (Halo B, Vloader, Empire)
5. Gun (SP Vibe, SLG, PMR, Mini etc...) this is the last thing you get IMO

and for hopper halo b or any suggestions you have because i'll play woods and speedball and i'll get an hpa tank and and im not sure where to buy a pod pack canadian tire or badlands i was thinking so the estimation of how much money will i spend over a period of time because i could afford a mask hpa tank and a loader right now i have about a $140 canadian will that be enough for these. then i will be getting more money later on like 120 to buy a pod pack and then i'll save up for the gun (slg)
also im not spending over 50-60 on the mask so i'll have enough for loader a hpa tank ohh ya what kind of loader do i get

You don't have much of a budget but if you are willing to buy used check out the BST on Tdotballers it is extremely active. Try putting up a WTB ad for what you want and what you have to spend and you might be surprised at the offers you get. Most of the used stuff already has the common upgrades included and installed and they are still cheaper than a stock new item.

The one thing you need to splurge on is the mask. I am useing "vents" and like them very much.
Think, the mask is the most important piece of gear you have. Not only for the protection it affords, but if you can see you cant shoot. Also a ill fitting mask is SO annoying it will distract you from the game. The only way to find one you like is to try them on. So go to your local store and try/buy there. The rest of your gear list is fine (Halos are great, only use good high output batteries like name brand Alkaline)
One last point, as far as a markers, get what you like, you can use any marker in the woods. Some just look "cooler" for the milsiim aspect. But whatever you get, get good with it. There is an old saying that is true for any "combat style" sport.
Its not the sword, its the swordsman!

Tupac, what you need to do before you buy your mask is go to a paintball store and try a bunch of them on. I tried on probably 6 masks before I settled on the Vforce profiler. Like has been said before, don't cheap out on the mask, you will NEED the one that fits the best for you.
As for Pod packs, IMO it really doesn't matter as long as it can hold 3 pods, but each player is different on how much paint they will shoot in a game.
