so i was roaming through some marker animations and i came across this one

and was wondering if anyone knows the marker? seems like a really cool idea for how to work the bolt, any info is appreciated

well maybe that is it, that marker the guy shoots looks like a STBB but doesnt really sound like one, hmm, maybe it is just a concept and never produced
