i bought a tadao dynasty board from pb online and it showed up busted, the only thing that pb online will do, thats when i call because no one responds to my emails is to contact tadao directly, problem no one will respond at tadao and there is no contact number of any kind, wish i had just bought the virtue, any suggestions because i have had it with these guys, p.s. anyone want a busted dynasty board for an ion thanks pigpen

there's no phone number?
It could be that they're taking an extended holiday weekend.
If you do find a phone number, poke around for a way to talk to a real person, no matter what it may say it pertains to. From there they will be able to connect you to whoever you need to talk to.

I've never heard of this "pbonline" place. do you have a website link?

Tadao is a very reputable company certainly more so than Virtue. I went to their website and they have a procedure all laid out for you. You need your receipt from where you bought it from and then you need to download and fill out an RMA form and then mail in your broken board.

when i have time to deal with it,it has been over two weeks plus, my warranty is going to wear out before i get a resolution thanks

yea i know thats why i got 140 pos because i have lost the receipt and pb online will not help, at best find a comp geek to try to fix it or use it as a exspensive paper weight thanks i know bout rma late

If you don't want to send the board back for repairs or waste your time on the phone what other suggestions are you looking to get? Maybe voodoo or prayer?

Well you have seemed to reject every possible option, if you don't want to put forth the effort to speak to a rep from the place you ordered it or fill out tadao's procedures. Then maybe you should just completely buy a new bored from a different company or I do like the idea of voodoo.

so you want to insult the ones trying to help you? wow, and maybe you should start typing out your words instead of dropping a book on your keyboard and hoping some sort of communication comes out.
seems like your a talker and not a doer. if you really wanted your money back, or some sort of reimbursement, then you would attempt to talk to any live person on the other end of the phone. as i said earlier: COMMUNICATION IS KEY. you cant get anything done without it, as you cant have people understand you as you continue to slaughter any kind of language you do speak...
