Backache when running ! User ideas?

Hey fellows

I encounter backache whenever I run for some time. Do you have any suggestions/ideas for solving that problem in a proper manner?

Kind regards,

MUDI

Go to a podiatrist and find out what type of shoe you should be wearing. I can almost guarantee it's the shoes you're wearing aren't properly supporting your feet.

Hi Tlmiller

thank you very much for your respond. Have you yourself encountered backache problems while running?

have not, but know many people who have. A really good friend of mine is a health and wellness coach.

I notice that when I run down hills. But it often occurs when you're hitting your heels more than you should. I know my running posture isn't correct because I should be landing more towards the center of the foot to the balls of the feet and each time your heel hits the ground you do what's called a brake step - every time you do that, you are actually slowing your momentum

Hey sumsimpleracer,

thank you very much for your respond. What are doing then to solve this problem? Is it just about a certain technique or do you use other items or whatever to avoid backache?

thank you very much again,

Greets, MUDI
