I've never ordered from them, but most places will send you a conformation email.. When did you order it? I'd give them a few minutes to send it.

like 20 mins, I got to the receipt part but then I never got email or confirmation email.

EDIT: I don't want to reorder and have the same two products! =P

Ahh... I wouldn't. I'f call customer service and see if it went through. That's what I did when I ordered from Rap4.

Alright. I'd just wait till tomorrow. If it didn't go through and you have to do it again tomorrow, it's worth it to me to wait 18 hours then be out however much money I spent.

Email smart parts. They don't have the world's greatest customer service but they will let you know whether your order was completed properly or not. They do want your money so they will help you out if they haven't got it.

if you got an email with the total then it went though, they could not send you that unless it was completed

Well I'm a new player so, and I don't want to spend like 500 dollars on a gun. Or maybe your just saying their customer service sucks? Probably just the guns though. Anyhow is the Epiphany any better then the Vibe for the price difference?

I dont know much about the Epiphany, but from what I hear about it, the vibe is better.

EDIT: Also, the Epiphany doesn't have the B.O.B. feature, which means you're more likely to break parts while cleaning it. It's also harder to clean.

The vibe does have a B.O.B. feature.

okay thanks a lot. I'll stick with the vibe, with that being said the smart parts store doesn't have the blackheart circuit board for the vibe, is it able to be switched from ion to vibe?

EDIT: Whats this mean? my friend said this today "My ion xe got eyes so my paintballs won't ever break while shooting"?

I'm not sure if you can take an Ion board and put it in a Vibe...

If your gun has eyes, it's pretty much a fancy ball detent. It keeps two balls from falling into the chamber which would cause a sticky mess if you tried to shoot them. It'll sometimes chop some paintballs, but it's rare. You can't make it where you'll NEVER chop balls. It happens. It's just part of paintballing.

yeah, I got her emailed, she said sometimes it kicks out a confirmation, sometimes it doesn't
