Chrono your marker to no more than 280fps, use better paint, switch to HPA if you can and if you are using a stock barrel buy something like a CP or a J&J.

High Pressured Air. It's kinda like a compressed air tank but different. Actionvillage has a 68/4500psi HPA tank (which is better than the 3000psi tank) for about $100 bucks. I agree with Craw. J&J Ceramic barrel, HPA tank, and some good paint. That'll give you better accuracy.

Actually, HPA and compressed air are exactly the same. Stop giving advice if you don't know what you're talking about. There's nothing more confusing to a new player than a person who acts like they're knowledgable when they're not.

For accuracy, buy a few different brands of paint and see how each one matches the barrel you choose (I'd reccommend a J&J). When you put a paintball in the barrel, it shouldn't just roll right through and it shouldn't be too tight, but if it stays in the barrel when you point it down, and and flys out the end when you blow on it a little, it's a good match. Also, use HPA (or compressed air ) and, if you can, get an aftermarket regulator for it.

It's cool that your correcting him, but be a little nicer about it....

And instead of wasting your money on alot of brands of paint, just get a decent brand first and make sure you have a good paint to bore ratio.

Ohh.. so I made a mistake? Be a little nicer then correcting someone. No new player likes a rude person either.

And you misspelled "knowledgeable"

Really, that's all you could think of?

I really don't care how bad my spelling is on the internet. It's not nearly as bad as misguiding new players with your own lack of knowledge.

BTW, grammar nazis are 90% of the time, 12-year-olds with nothing better to do.

Was there a need to make a come back?

And at the last line, 95% of the "grammar nazis" I know, are over 30, and have decently paying jobs.

I'm not 12 and I have way better things to do. I just take pride in my spelling and punctuation. I'm not trying to pick a fight. I made a mistake. I'm human. I'll try not to do it again, but cut a guy some slack. You make mistakes, too.

gosh get a room you two

and last i checked 12 year olds were still learning how to spell, its pretty hard for them to correct someone when they are learning themselves.

at any rate Tippmann you do have a bad habit about trying to help people when you dont know exactly what you are talking about (im not saying this is one of those times) but Milacol you can correct someone without coming off as rude

now kiss and make up
