That's not just a cocker. It's a Dragunfly mechanical (they came in 3 versions, mech, LED which for some reason was full size instead of minicocker, and LCD). Made YEARS ago by Dragun paintball. They're VERY heavy minicockers that have SPYDER threaded barrels. The LPR was the lowest quality lpr you could find on autocockers. Although, if you set them up right, because the things were so heavy, they shot smooth as any cocker ever. I had a total of 4 of these things, 2 mechs, an LCD and an LED. The one mech that I sold my friend was still working 5 years after I sold it without having ever been retimed.

There's nothing really special about an Angel most of the "mystique" is because Angels were there at the beginning of the electro era and had such a huge price tag. As much fun as mine is to shoot it isn't any better than any other high end and even worse than some others. Don't get me wrong it's a great shooting marker but it doesn't justify the "oh wow an ANGEL!!!!" I get from other players at the fields I go to.

The Ego frames are designed to snap if you dive on them. A "safety feature". IE - "we made it too weak, have no intention of fixing it, so our screw up becomes a safety feature so we can weaken them even more to shave 2 more grams off our next marker and call it an entirely new model". Not that it's that common. I only personally know 2 Egos that had frames snap.

ya i find it funny how new players always seem to think angels are some magical markers that will destroy the field. someone asked me about my "PMR" when i was holding my 6 once, i wanted to puke all over his fish.....

but the other half the time people ask me what im shooting and i tell them its a DM6 and can tell they have no idea what it is and have never heard of it
