You would need to get a VL Eye-Force paddle system first, the base, paddles, and top cone.

The base has a prepositioned notch that sticks up, the paddles have a cut along it for the notch to go into, the cut it where the notch goes, the longer the cut, more wind-up space, top cone acts like a bushing and keeps everything together.

Would simply replace the stock Eye-Force spring with a lighter one, seeing as the stock spring, last I checked, was stiff as hell

The Force, since it's constant spin, uses paddles similer to what's in an egg, flexible sticks that push the paintballs

The Eye-Force uses an actual paddle to froce paint down the raceway when th eyes aren't blocked

so besides the paddles is the rest of the drive system the same?, i think if i dont put too much pressure on the flexible paddles i can still get away with using a spring to keep constant tension on the raceway instead of it having to wait for a ball to release from the touch switch

Yes, besides those, it'll be the same

Sadly, no, I really don't think so.
The paddles are made pretty flexible, to try and keep the blender effect to a minimum, though it doesn't work when shooting brittle paint.
And there would be no place to add the spring.

Go to Viewloader, JT and Brass Eagle Paintball, Parts, Upgrades, Hopper and Masks and you can probably pickup a drive cone set for pretty cheap

hey thanks for the link, so as for this spring, how and where would you get it in there? and how would you disconnect the drive system from being a solid drive force from motor to cone?

i still have yet to get the touch portion of the touchforce working just right so i cant do this untill then but will want to eventually

Well, as soon as you get the touchforce working right, you have the system to stop the motor
When you lighten the spring, you have the wind-up capacity, you just need a lighter spring to drop into there

into where? there is no spring in there right now, it is a solid drive line from motor to drive paddles, the paddles do not rotate without the motor also rotating

That's just it though, it's impossible to do with the stock Force paddle system

Both of my halos are still kicking, I got one back in 04 or 05.

So get a halo or the invert too. You won't need much else, and if you're not stupid, maintenance is pretty easy.
