Noticed that the thread for the Zealot had become active again, including posts by some of the TAS guys (for those that haven't followed, the Zealot is the new Thin Air Sports marker, built off the Quest by the guys that released the 4B bolt kit). This is the single marker I've been looking forward to for a long time, hoping it won't be much longer until I can start looking into getting one.
If it does get released soon, if anyone's interested in picking up a Creed, I can guarantee you mine will be on the market to try to get the fundage to pick up the Zealot.
We released some additional info yesterday on our FB page, if anyone still reads this thread
Basically in addition to the electronics brains/magic we've announced we're open sourcing some of our parts. The foregrip, trigger, back end cap, button cover and possibly a few other parts will have their designs released for anyone to modify and make.
With the CAD's, anyone with the skills will be able to mod that part and either 3D print it out, or have a shop machine it for you. This leaves an infinite number of ways you can customize the marker and leaves upgrade paths and avenues for many different kinds of aftermarket parts.
We are really looking to change what people expect from a paintball marker.
About 3 months ago I think, give or take a month. Was a sad day.
