Moose, it was a TIppmann Pro/CArbine. Not a pump... And I think that was a PtExtreme pistol.
Hunter: These guns are like normal paintball guns, but they shoot powder filled paintballs, and at a velocity of over 300 (yes) 300 FPS!

Fortunatelly they don't aim those prop PB guns at the actors. They use the powder filled ones to simulate bullet ricoches (sp?). There was a tiny bit about them in the extras for the DVD version of "Paycheck"

Heres the above story without pics (no I definately did not type it all lol, they have all their stories on their site):
Rachel hunkered down behind the yellow barrel, wincing a bit as several paintballs smacked into its far side.
Several yards away, men dressed in dark blue and camouflage fatigues crouched low, hopscotching from barrel to barrel, always moving closer.
Rachel fired her paintball gun twice, then suddenly jumped up and ran. The enemy fired their guns, and the referee held up his arm.
Game over.
On the sidelines, Rachel tugged the black protective mask off of her head, which until now had hidden the smile on her face.
"That was my first time at paintball," the 17-year-old said. "It's wicked, but - she paused, twisting around to look at the back of her thigh, "They shot me in the butt."
"They" were seven members of area law enforcement agencies, all of whom came to Blister Park to shoot people for charity.
This was a good thing. Really.
The event, "Battle for Kids' Sake!" was organized by Blister Park owner Chris Stevens, with proceeds from the day-long paint ball battle benefiting the Ian B. Wheeler Children's Center, a division of Ashtabula County Children's Services located at the Donahoe Center in Ashtabula Township.
"We'd given this a lot of thought," Stevens said, thick mud squishing under his boots. Rainy weather had cut into the expected turnout of more than 100 people, but organizers said they were determined to press on with the inaugural event.
"I hate child abuse. It burns me up when I see or read something in the news," he said. "We thought about what we could do, and a benefit seemed like a good idea."
Money raised at the event will be used at the center's therapeutic recreation program, according to center officials.
Tucked away in the woods off of Cork-Cold Springs Road in Austinburg Township, Blister Park was once a Girl Scout camp. When the scouts no longer needed the property, it was sold to a church, Stevens said. Today, half of the camp acreage is leased to Blister Park, with the other half used as needed.
Stevens and his partners have made the most of the space. In a grassy field sits the speedball course - a rectangular-shaped playing area filled with barrels, walls and blocks made of thick plastic.
Two teams enter on opposite sides of the field with one simple goal - walk off without getting hit by a paintball.
"It's a great rush," said Glenn Montz, 21, of Perry Township. "It's a great way to relieve stress and have fun."
Montz cradles a shiny paint gun, a model obviously more powerful - and more expensive - than the rental model Rachel used. Montz has played paint ball for six years, partaking in several tournaments.
Does it worry him that the other team is made up of police officers, many of them trained in special weapons and tactics?
"Nah. It doesn't matter who you are," he said, adjusting a neoprene band around his neck. "Stick your head out the wrong way, and you'll get hit."
Those hits often sting.
Players wear special protective masks that cover the entire face, as well as chest protectors. Some players wear kneepads, shin guards and elbow pads for protection, since the paintball travels about 280 feet each second.
When action stops at the speedball course, the rapid thunk-thunk-thunk of paintball guns can be heard through the trees. More teams are battling it out in Blister City.
Standing behind a finely-woven mesh fence, observers watch two teams engage in urban warfare - checking their gear and formulating strategy.
They pause and watch one paintballer sprint for cover, a bandolier of paintball canisters rocking against his back. Paintballs smack wetly against a nearby tree trunk, but the player reaches cover, unscathed.
It's like cops and robbers, or cowboys and Indians, but without any arguing about someone getting shot.
"It's a great game," Stevens said. "My son, after years of trying to get me to go, finally dragged me out on a paintball course. After that, I was hooked."

It was also in the movie SWAT in the airplane training scene. They had like shop goggles but that was it. They fire like 6 shots and 4 of them hit and then there are suddenly 11 paintballs splattered on the walls.
