Yeah in laser tag people can play more carelessly because getting hit doesnt hurt. But in paintball it just seems much much more intense and real.

1. That looks EXACTLY like an M16.

2. I don't think getting paint on your "costumes" is going to ruin them. Who does combat in costumes? Your a true soldier if your worred about getting your outfit dirty!

If you go to the arcade place and play laser tag it is fun as hell. I never knew they did it for mil-sim. That looks pretty gay though. I gave up thinking I was an "army man" when I turned 8. Paintball is where it is at. You feel the hits. Getting hit gives it a lot more of an adreniline rush. Laser tag is fun with some friends, but paintball is way better when played competitivly.

Actually there aint nothin wrong with airsoft. Its a fun way to play scenario since most are based on pistols and uzis but another plus for air soft is say u have paintballs, well if ur playin same rules as paintball, its a hell of a lot cheaper to maintain the sport since green gas and the bbs are cheaper. 1 shot 1 out.

but for laser tag, no. That's stupid. there should be a one shot rule in any sport that involves shooting. includin lasertag.

anti cheating features
Because the laser skirmish gun automatically turns itself off when the player has been hit the allocated number of times, this prevents cheating. In paintball, even if the player wasn't meaning to cheat it is often hard in the middle of a fire-fight to register that I've been knocked out of the game and it might take me a few seconds to take one's finger off the trigger, during which time another I let off another 10 rounds. Enough, perhaps, to disable my opponent.

Once tagged out, the player must return to their base so the referee can re-activate them. This means less headaches for the refs and indeed less staff per player ratio.

wtf??? in paintball u don't need anti cheatin features. I'll give u an anti cheatin feature.... BRUISES AND PAINT!

Anti-cheating technology, theve got you there, otherwise i think laser tag is for little kids who are too young for paintball, meaning like 6 or 7, thts when i had lasertag

plus you can see ythe pant coming ayt you, you cant see an infared light

lol the guns look kind of gay, though around ocean city in the maryland beach they have thing calledd lazer storm. wihich is awsome, its inside, dark, and foggy, with lazor lights and stuff like that, plues ur wearing a vest so u cant just cover up the sensors like u can in normal lazor tag, plus u get this huge rifle that weighs a ton. though this still doesnt compare to paintball

Laser tag cant even compare to paintball. Laser tag is for the little 6 year olds who are afraid to get hit (or cant play).

AH, i remember when i played layer tag in those big indoor arenas, where they played "im a barbie girl" through the speakers, where the regulars only won because they had mastered the......
