There are plenty of things that can be made dangerous by doing stupid things. And there are always going to be some people in the world who try to regulate these things out of existence because they think they know whats better for us (and they think they have some sort of right to tell us what is better for us) than we do. For example, negligent use of a paintball gun (or any gun for that matter) would certainly be dangerous. Of course, negligent use of any electronic device (e.g. while in the bathtub) is also dangerous. Its dangerous for me to inhale tobacco fumes. Its dangerous for me to secure a slick fiberglass board to my feet and slide down a snow covered glacier while on it. Its dangerous to put a gasoline engine under my nuts and cruise through traffic without a helmet. Its dangerous for me to tie my hand to the back of a big pissed off animal, sit on his back, and let him out of his cage.
Its dangerous for me to consume mass quantities of alcohol in bars where fat single women with hot friends are present.
But people do these things anyway and we shouldn't be stopped from doing them in a free country. This is a country in which we are allowed to freely make asses of ourselves. After all, if we weren't, what would happen to the Green Party?
