Is this for like a remote-controlled tank? I've seen some that used electronic paintball guns to simulate the cannon for RC tank battles. Pretty cool.

The EASIEST method that requires no electronic knowledge is to get the cheapest electro spyder. Its just a simple noid, board, and switch.
Then get a used remote car starter. Basically, you wire the remote car starter to the paintball microswitch, and then fire the gun by pushing a button on the starter pad.
You don't really need an electro spyder. This can be done with a bare-bones $30 walmart cone, with a $2 noid wired directly a remote car starter, or you can built a dedicated unit using RC controllers, but thats more expensive.

I don't remember the site, but its something like rctank.com or rxtankbattles.com. They document how to rig up the gun. I'll see if I can find the link.

Do you know a website where I can get an electric trigger for a pball marker?
