hey does anybody know what 3rd party trading is and how it prevents being scammed, cause the guy i might be trading with say i need to ship first or set up a third party. i dont know what place this should be in but i put it here.

Its where you sent the item to another person, not involved with the deal, and he sends the money. The 3rd-party usually checks the item to make sure it works, and passes the money and the item on. I think the fee is usually around $25-30.
