Check the student government section of a particular college's website...if they're halfway decent, they will have a list of all registered student clubs on campus.

I'm not too big on the college paintball scene.

penn state is sponsored by several companies, and gets aid from the school. dont know exactly the details
they have a well run club who gets discounts from ************
and there is enough tourney players to field 3 teams when going to a tournament
they may not be at the top of the podium, but at least their there playing

We have a club here at Pitt's Titusville campus. It isn't tournament level and as far as I know there isn't any plan to take it there. This is the second semester that it has been around. It was started by a first-year student in fall '04.
It's basically the same as any other club, in that we have a faculity advisor and have to meet the requirements for a student group. We get $50 for each person we have on our member list, and anything we raise on our own. It's at about 20 or so students and our advisor plays along side us. Some of the other professors want to come out as well.

The closest an "official paintball club" got to my school were the students in detention who vandalized the principles house with fully automatic markers. Other than that...no
We once had an airsoft club, but after that whole ****ty columbine thing they banned its continuing

I think at my school there is one other person who knows why NOT to buy a 21 inch barrel. All the others are people with spyders that buy the "21" spyder sniper barrels!" off ebay. I like playing with them, because its just funny when they are like "WTF?!?! my gun has a 21 inch barrel but its not accurate. your's has a 12" and is accurate. I don't get it!"

Wait for college, my friend. It's so much better, you only meet up and play with dedicated ballers. None of that nub **** that makes high school the worst time to play with people from your area.

i wish my school had a team...there are serious paintballers at our school and the first people to be serious paintballers (me and 6 of my friends) have tought all the n00bs pretty well...there are only about 2 people that think that tippmans and 21 inch barrels are the best...other than that most of them know what they are talking about (there is about 15 "regulars" at my school...there are a total of around 25 people that play though)...and at my high school there is only around 280 people (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior...about 70 in each class)so yea...we have started three teams though...me and 2 of my friends are one, another 5 of my friends are one, and then there are 5 newer players that started a team...3 of them know what they are talking about when it comes to paintball...the other two are stupid but they can play alright

yes, i am currently the president of our paintball club and me and my friend started it over two years ago. We have worked are way up to around 200 members and allow club memebers to play once a month for free. It does take work but it is worth it.
