i apllyd for a refing job at my local field and the owner said he and the head ref would ask me some questions and my qualiications... does anybdiy know the type of suff/questios theyl be asking.....

They will probably ask you about rules and things like that, and ask what you would do in certain situations. And if your afraid to be hit by a paintball.

probably nothing to hard to think about... toxic is right about what they might ask - or it could be something like a job interview...

when i was reffing my field owner asked me simply if i had played before and if i understood the rules and regulations that the field must uphold...

i said yes...

if it is a field that does tournys, dont be afraid to get hit and know your rules.
