ok. so i was playin woodball the other day at a local homemade field (for free
) ne ways.... none of us wanted to go up the creek because it was about the worst place to go cuz its almost guranateed ur gonna get shot several times. so the n00b volunteered to go in it and i was tryin to lay cover for this kid beacuse 1) he had never been shot 2) he volunteered to do it because he thought it would get him more respect
well i was tryin to lay some cover fire for the kid so he could get to a real key bunker around one of the bends in the creek and i ended up walking straight into a hail of paintballs and all i had to hide behind was a very small tree. thinking that i could make it into the creek for a little cover and knowing that the n00b was down there so i wouldnt be shot by someone in the bunker in front of me i made a dash for the creek. after i slid down the bank of the creek i was really relived i made it down in one piece. i turned to look at the kid and his eyes were as big as tennis balls and the pi$$ was runnin down his leg. and i knew exactly wat was going to happen....before i could even say the words "IM ON UR TEAM!" he hit the full auto on his friend's gun (cant remember wat it was) and fired about 30 shots right at me from about 12 feet away or less! ive been shot in the nuts, hands and neck but that was some pretty extreme pain right there....he was gonna let me shoot him for doin it but i just told him that stuff like that happens and i was glad he had a fun time paintballin.
- - -i think that if were a little nicer to some of the n00bs we could get some more out playin. i mean we are so cruel to them because they just started but we ALL were there at one time and nothing was better than to hear a veteran player tell u that u had a sweet move on the field. but they do make some really dumb mistakes (which make for some great stories
)
