I have possibly the worst luck with markers. If I buy a marker, their will be something wrong with it! The worst part is that I take care of my markers. Every year. I baby my markers a lot more than any of my teammates. Some teammates are horrible with their markers and they still work. Mine on the other hand break. Evolkers can back me up on this one. Heres a list of what has happened to me in that last couple years.

I buy an Odyessy RPM- The special reg/ASA breaks.
I buy a WAS board Tippmann 98- I have velocity problems. Can not get it under 300 fps. Then I have double firing problems and choping paint.
I buy a Diable Wrath LT- I have eye problems and start choping.
I buy an Angel Fly- First it works great at first, then an upgraded chip in the board will not stay in the board. I take it in to get this fixed, see if they can get a different chip or what ever and i told them to ajust the LPR because it wasn't set up right. They lose the set screw to the LPR so it slowly moves around, screwing the gun up from time to time. Then I notice my eyes arn't working, they pinched the ribbion! I get new upgraded eyes, and I get a faulty pair where on of the eyes dosn't work!
I just got an 06 Quest: Air is leaking out of a body screw!

Keep in mind I got all these pretty much fixed, but seriously. All these guns but the Angel where brand new and the Angel was more or less shop screw ups. So I as, Am I cursed?

no, your just buying equipment that has no support from the manufacturer. I guarantee if you buy a dm series or eclipse gun you would be fine.

Tippmann has better support than. But yea, some of my markers are from smaller companys, with less support, though FEP seems to be pretty good.

Weird things can happen when you mix electronics into older systems. Little unusual, but I would consider it "cursed" material.

Are you talking about the rather large DM style upgrade chip? The fingers bending is not so unusual. For future reference, just take some straight nose pliers and carefully clamp on one side all at once, and carefully bend them inwards just an teeny teeny bit at a time...

As for the rest... yeah, I think that might be considered a curse, what with the having such an inept pro shop. You should probably never give them your business again if you haven't realized that already.

Yeah, might be a curse. That's pretty unusual, unless of course you yourself messed with it. In which case, the curse might be you.
