i want to get a new gun but the only way i can get one is by going through my parents so i can use their credit cards to order a gun online but i cant get them to let me do it how do explain to them that they should let me buy it and they wont respond to the whole "its my money" how do i sway them and has ne one else ever had this problem

spyderguys got it right and uh i dont want to go to my local pro shop because i dont want to pay a fortune in taxes if i order it from action village i get fre shipping and even if i did buy it from my local pro shop they would still have to order it and i would have to wait just as long

It took a while for my mom to give in. First of all, make sure around parents, you call it a marker. Sounds less dangerous.
Also, take them to a paintball shop, or field, and talk to the person there about how safe it is. Explain the safety equipment, precautions and marker.
Tell her about the 300 fps rule, and no physical contact rule.
After my mom found out about how safe it was, she let me get one. She wasn't exactly extatic about it though. She's very Anti gun.

Basically you have to find out what thier objections are specifically. If they say "its unsafe" then use the approach that pigstick recomended.
Take them to the paintball field. Get them to play (especially your dad) and get them hooked. I will let you in on a little secret. I had to 'use' my son's lackluster interest in the sport to get my wife to let ME buy all kinds of pball stuff.

If you have the cash, go to the paintball pro-shop, take the hit in taxes, get the marker you want, and get on with playing. Not only will you get a good marker, but you also support your local field and pro-shop. Sometimes the free-shipping is less economical then good will at your local field.

Also, learn to use punctuation.

they dont care that i call it a gun and they kno all about the sport so theres really nothin left to show them the prob is that they seem to get jacked out of shape when i want to spend money on paintball stuff and they also think i should be saving for a car which i can handel but i told them i was gonna sell my gun and the stuff i have for it and they said "o no after all the money u put into it and besides whats wrong with ur old gun" (my old gun is a 98c and now it is hindering me because i can get shots off fast enough even with the lightened trigger pull)

They just dont wanna use the credit card, thats how my parents are alot of the time, like when i wanted comptuer parts. Luckally they said theyll let me use it when I order my impulse from uh... ill follow the rules.

i havew a job but they want me to save the money i get from that and even if i did wait till christmas i wouldnt get enough cash to buy a new one and my parents would never spend that much on a gift for me i asked them

Don't worry about the taxes and buy from your local shop. My shop charged less for my Nightkast than action village does and even though I had to pay taxes on it, the guy at the shop set everything up on it and anytime something messes up, if I can't fix it, he'll fix it for free since I bought it there. Your shop might do that too. Well worth the extra cash.

Zidane, thats excately what I did. I needed money, and mowing lawns wasnt cutting it. So now I work at a family owned restuarant. I also kind of have the same problem spedhunter. My dad wont let me get a new gun(matrix) until october or november, which is just gay.
