phantom problem

On my phantom, my clear plastic pieces keep on breaking. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it possible that they are weak from playing with them for a long time or that I got parts from a bad batch?

It just seems that the pieces are always chipping or breaking when ever I play. Am I playing to rough with the gun?

same thing with a clear lacrosse stick i had, the clear plastic for some reason is more brittle than plastic with color.

The problem is that the clear parts you have are made of acrylic, whereas the stock black parts from CCI are made of delrin. The delrin is a little softer, so it's got more "give" to it. The acrylic parts are inherently more fragile, especially if you over tighten the hardware.
