Is the Azodin Kaos Really worth the 150$ or should i save for a better gun?

If you're just starting, then getting a reliable semi would be a better beginner IMO

If you're already in the sport with decent gear, than trying pump for $150 isn't bad
If at all possible though, try getting someone to loan their pump to you to play first

It's not at all bad for an open class pump if that's what you are looking for.

Ya well I already have a g4 and I have always thought about playing pump but I didn't know either to get a stock class or open class what would-be a good way for mee to figure out ?

if there are pump players at your field, ask if you can borrow their setup

if you like it, get the Kaos!
If not, than be glad you tried pump out before spending $150 on something you don't like

Trying it out first is definitely the easiest way to figure it out. If you don't have any pump players around to borrow a pump from just look at how you play. If you shoot a lot of paint and just want a change of pace an open class pump is probably more your style. If you like to pack light and stay on the move stockclass might be something to try.

As much as I love playing stockclass it can be a little overwhelming for someone new to pump and coming from an electro.

Great advice i think im gonna get the azodin kaos pump with a 9oz ninga tank and a 18 in. wgp tatical barrel and a single trigger frame and a new reg

Why do you want a new reg? The HPA tank already has a reg and playing pump you aren't shooting fast enough to really need double regulation. You are still thinking like an electro semi user.

If you want a single trigger frame look at the new Empire Trracer or the re-released Tippmann SL-68. Both are in the same price range and are open class pumps and are getting some great reviews.

Pump is a totally different game and if you are new to it it takes awhile to figure out. If you do decide to give pump a try don't be discouraged if you find it tough at first. I started with a pump as my first marker and after getting back into it after playing semi...man that was a rough few games...

No definitely not. When you are playing pump you can't just hold the trigger down and lay down paint easily and if you are playing stockclass it's impossible. You need to basically relearn how you play paintball and focus more on moving and maximizing angles and less on actually pulling the trigger. The first couple of times out with a pump you will get your ass handed to you game after game because you don't realize that your old tricks don't work anymore or just how much you've been relying on firepower to do your work for you.

It's counterintuitive but playing pump and having less firepower you have to play more aggressive. With a semi you can hang back and lay a stream of paint and wait for someone to walk into it or you can hammer a bunker and wait for a lucky shot. With a stickfeed and a 12 gram that kind of thing doesn't work at all anymore. Instead you have to aggressively move up the field and work for every elimination. Learn to time your movements and spot an opportunity to move to a new position in an instant. Being "the pump guy" you have the advantage of being ignored so remember to use that to your benefit.

Where most new pump players get frustrated is that they can't or don't want to relearn anything. They assume that if they ran the field with their DM than a pump should be the same but it isn't. The woodsball guys switching to pump like to imagine that they can be more like a "sniper" because a pump being slower must at least be more accurate right? It's not. With a pump your shots are still subject to the same physics as a paintball shot from a semi. Trying to hide in the back and "snipe" at players from a distance will just get a whole lot of paint thrown back in your direction.

After a few games it starts to click but you have to keep it in the back of your mind to be aggressive and not be tempted to hang back or get frustrated and swap the pump out for the electro.

Did the swivel on the v-reg get axed? or is that just a feature for the Blitz and above?
