The Armson stealth bareel is rifled right? Get a new barrel. To use rifling properly you need something like 50,000 rpms. At that point you reach gyroscopic stability adn the paintball would fly straighter. However you can't get that number of RPMs on a 13" paintball barrel.

You can upgrade a lot of stuff. Maybe get a new body (Docs Fastback ), new bolt, backblock, pullpin, cocking rod, new detent, new spring kit, new internals, a new feedneck, and maybe if you have extra cash get an E-Blade, no more short stroking .
About the bolded text, that is not needed if you do get any halfblock body.

Exactly, its basically a cocker, maybe a smoother frame, new valve, new hammer, all delrin bolt, delrin back block. Basically every CCM upgrade that isn't mounted on the front block. A new inline would be awesome too.

I wouldn't bother. Most further upgrades would give very little if any gain for the money. It's already a great gun. You're biggest gain would be from decreasing gas consumption especially if you are running on 12 grams. If that's the case try to remove as much expansion area as possible. However much gas that's used to pressurize the hoses, expansion chamber, and everything up to the valve is essentially wasted.

A decent Co2 compatible reg like the Palmer Stabilizer would probably give you the best bang for the buck. Since you are running Co2 (850PSIish) try to get the operating pressure of the gun down to at least below 600psi preferably lower. This will get rid of the biggest problem with C02, the liquid chilling and causing the pressure to drop reducing PB velocities. Normally this really wouldn't be necessary for a pump since you would probably be firing slow enough to keep the pressure up, but you seem to be itching for an upgrade.

Check out paintballforum.com I hear they've got a lot of good info in their stickies.
Good luck.

If you want a smoother pump stroke get a ccm pump kit. If you want more firepower get a ccm slider or hinge frame and a autotrigger.
