Tigersharks are not actually bad guns. Too bad BE no longer produces them, they are much better than a phantom. With a little tweaking they can be fairly accurate. Great for games when your friends want to play paintball but don't have a gun.

I just picked one up for $25, I'm probobly going to try to make a modified barrel for it.

Yea, I want a phant, but between the Trracer and Mav. Which one is better. Ive heard lots of people saying there about the same marker, but the Mav is much louder. Is that about the only difference?

how is the tigershark better than a phantom..a phantom gets better consistanty..its quieter..not plastic and it has a wayyy smoother pump stroke..tigersharks are nice pumps but in no way does it compare to a phantom

trracer and maverick are nearly the same.

differences:

-i think they have different thumbscrews attaching the pump handle to the bolt.

-my maverick has velocity adust, my understanding is that some trracers have velocity adjust. i'm not sure if all mavericks have it. but i know mine does.

my maverick is very loud, but i don't see why a trracer would be any quieter.

my advice: don't worry about wheather it's a trracer or a maverick, worry about what kind of condition it's in and whether or not it has a velocity adjusting bolt.
